The final price depends on the number of pages and on features such as online booking, donations, galleries or e-commerce. You’ll get a clear written quote before any work starts, so there are no surprises.
Most websites launch in 4–6 weeks once we have your content (text, photos and logo). We work through four phases: Audit, Creative, Development and Launch. You’ll review the design along the way, and we test everything on phones, tablets and desktops before it goes live.
Larger sites, or projects waiting on content, can take a little longer, and we’ll tell you the schedule up front. See our website design process.
Your logo, any photos you’d like to use, and the text for your pages. Don’t worry if your content isn’t ready: we can help organize, edit and polish it. We’ll also need access to your domain (for example, GoDaddy) when it’s time to launch.
Yes. We offer discounts for nonprofit organizations and for clients with more than one website. Ask about them when you request your quote.
Yes. Our Website Care Plans start at $100 per month (Basic $100, Plus $200, Premium $300), month to month.
Every plan includes weekly WordPress, plugin and theme updates, daily backups, weekly security and malware scans, 24/7 uptime monitoring, broken-link and performance scans, image optimization and spam monitoring. Each plan also includes 30 minutes, 1 hour or 3 hours of content updates per month, plus help with technical questions. Websites hosted elsewhere can join a Care Plan too.
Yes. We offer fast, secure hosting for the websites we manage, as part of a Care Plan. That means one place to call for your hosting, updates, backups and fixes.
Yes. We build on WordPress, so you can edit text, photos, blog posts and events whenever you like, and we’ll show you how. If you’d rather not, the monthly update time in your Care Plan covers it.
Yes. We can rebuild an outdated site from the ground up (starting at $2,400) or make targeted improvements to the site you have (contract work starting at $100 per hour).
