Cookies

- Contact form messages and chat transcripts: as long as needed to respond and work with you, and no more than 3 years unless you become a client.

- Security logs and statistics: for the periods set by those services.
How we protect information
The site uses HTTPS encryption, a security firewall, malware scanning, spam protection and regular backups. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Your choices and rights
- Unsubscribe from our newsletter using the link in any email.
- Ask us to tell you what personal information we have about you, correct it, or delete it. Email kena.peterson@gmail.com and we’ll respond within 30 days.
- Cookies: change your settings any time (see “Cookies” above).
- Depending on where you live (for example, under state privacy laws such as Colorado’s or California’s, or the GDPR in Europe), you may have additional rights. Contact us and we’ll help.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.
